Whoa! So my first blog was published successfully. Tally-ho!

You may have noticed that I use a larger type than some people. I figured that it would be easier to read for people "d'un certain age" - and that's probably another topic I will address in the future - growing older. I'm part of the baby boomer lot,so naturally hold an opinion about everything, right or wrong, wise or egregiously stupid.

Sure hope that once I start, I'll receive lost of information from many different types of people...

Is there anybody out there?

The cautious, slightly elderly lady attempts to create her first blog ever, in the hope that she may appear to seem at least fractionally tech oriented... With the help of friends, she hopes to express thoughts on life, travel, gardening, animals, the environment (a hot button these days), cooking, and anything else that may seize her fancy.

This first blog will be succinct, just to see if, in fact, it can actually be sent out into space and receive some kind of response. What a charge!
